HOW TO

• Apply pencil directly to eyelid or desired area of eye.  Using an eyeshadow brush or fingers, blend eyeshadow evenly to achieve a blended look.

Tips: For an intense look, apply shadow to the bottom of the eyelid inside the corners of the eye.
